Terms of Service

Last updated 8 July 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Super Simple IRL (“SSIRL”, “we”, “us”), operated from England & Wales. By creating an account or using the SSIRL app, the my.ssirl.com account portal, or the ssirl.com website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

SSIRL lets you capture live video and stream it to destinations you configure. The Service is currently in private beta. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable, and access may require an active subscription.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who must agree to these terms on your behalf and approve any purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at privacy@ssirl.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Subscriptions and access

Some features require an active subscription. During the beta, access is granted at our discretion. We may change, add, or remove features, and may start, change, or stop charging for the Service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

You are responsible for what you stream and for following the rules of any third-party platform you send your stream to. We do not control those platforms.

Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that streams will always connect or stay connected.

Our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost streams, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England & Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or others. You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time.

Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand what we collect and why.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service develops. If you keep using the Service after we update them, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
